Death of Lord Cornwallis - a Letter From the Grand Scribe E

In consequence of the lamented death on 6th March 2010 of ME Comp the Right Honourable Lord Cornwallis, OBE, DL, Past Pro First Grand Principal, an event which has occasioned sorrow to every member of the Royal Arch, it is ordered that Masonic Mourning shall consist of the printing of an ‘In Memoriam’ notice on the first summons issued for a convocation of each Chapter under the Grand Chapter following the date of this letter; and that the members of each Chapter shall stand in memory of Comp Lord Cornwallis at its next convocation immediately after the Chapter has opened and before any business is transacted (except for reading of any dispensation required to regularise the holding of the convocation).
